eBay has been wonderful to us for the last seven years, but it is time for us to expand and bring all the knowledge, experience, and top notch products we have to offer to the rest of the World Wide Web!

During the transition, we may sell out of some products, or have short shipping delays on others. We will notify you immediately if that is the case.

We are located in the state of Tennessee in the United States. We currently ship to all countries worldwide. We do not currently maintain a public telephone number for the website, since we do not have a staff member available to man the phones on a daily basis. We do have a dedicated staff member that answers all emails the same day they are received.
Shipping Schedule
Orders normally ship 2-5 days after purchase and cleared payment. If you need your order expedited, please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to accomodate you! Additional charges may apply.
Payment Methods
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Paypal payments, as well as Money Orders and Personal Checks (held for 2 weeks to clear). If you wish to use money order or check, please contact us in advance, as the ordering process is slightly different.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge Tennessee sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Tennessee. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax, customs (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.
Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc, Mama C will attempt to contact you by phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect.
Responsible Use of Products
Magical products are not meant to be substituted for a licensed medical practitioner's care. Do not smoke, ingest, drink, or use topically any herbal product unless first consulting a doctor or licensed herbalist.
Price changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date available.
Back Order Policy
There may occasionally be an item listed that is out of stock, or that is on backorder from a supplier. If this is the case, you will be given the option to wait on the item, exchange for something else, or be cheerfully refunded.
Items ordered together do not always ship together. Items are occasionally shipped directly from other crafters and businesses with which we work. There will be a note on your packing slip that states “Ships Separately” if this is the case.
Return Policy:
If you want to return a product you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing
mama_creepy@yahoo.com. You must have the original invoice number to refer to. We will only accept items for return that are approved and given an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
DAMAGES: If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 3 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. All orders are inspected carefully before shipment.
Privacy Policy
We do not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone.
We go out of our way to make every buyer's experience an excellent one, and simply expect positive behavior in return.
