Sold separately, this set would cost over $55, so it is a wonderful way to stock your cabinet, or as a gift for a new initiate. All of the tools fit inside the basket, with extra room for other treasures.

 

This set includes one of our lovely Sacred Symbol scarves, which can be used also as an altar cloth, head wrap, wrap for tarot cards, tablecloth, and more. It is 21 x 60 inches, with silver print on one side, and gold on the other. The cloth show in the photo is orange with Pentagrams & Moons. Scarf color may vary based on what is in stock - if you need a particular color, please let us know.

 

Also included is a 4 ounce jar candle formulated and blessed for use on Samhain, a specially formulated Samhain oil - one half ounce in amber glass bottle, and herbs combined specifically for use in casting or as herbal offering or incense during your Samhain ritual.

 

To fill out your Samhain altar and rituals are two charcoal disks , and a beautiful crystal pendulum with a lined velvet bag and to store it in. Pendulums styles and colors may vary based on what is in stock at the time, so if you desire a particular one please let us know.

 

To help you decide how to do your working, basic instructions printed on parchment are provided.

 

 

Samhain is seen as perhaps the most magical celebration of the Wiccan year, when the Veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead is at its thinnest. It is believed that on this night, the spirits of the Dead can walk among the living.
 
Rituals are performed to honor and remember those loved ones who have passed on that year, and to communicate with and welcome ancestral spirits. To invite them to share in the celebration, food and drink are sometimes left at a table setting placed especially for these spirit energies.What today is commonly known as Halloween has varied throughout history and cultures, but has always held the theme of honor, remembrance, and respect for the Dead.
